About me

For the last decade I have led People and Culture functions at multiple international scale-ups.

I have seen first hand how important it is to have processes in place that scale, the tooling to support these and an understanding of how to use data proactively to unpin your People and Culture strategy.

In 2020, I decided to step away from leading HR functions and focus on specialising in an area that I love: technology and data in the HR space!
