For the last decade I have led People and Culture functions at multiple international scale-ups.

I have seen first hand how important it is to have processes in place that scale, the tooling to support these and an understanding of how to use data proactively to underpin your People and Culture strategy.

Born in the UK, I have called the Netherlands my home for more than 13 years and I am comfortable working in both languages (and if you ask my family, an accent that is very hard to place!).

Being at the heart of the tech bubble in the Netherlands has provided me with the opportunity to work with a number of international companies.

I have led on multiple projects to digitalise the People and Culture function by choosing the right tooling and creating processes that provide the foundations for rapid international growth.

In 2020, I decided to step away from leading HR functions and focus on specialising in an area that I love: technology and data in the HR space!

I now spend my time working with scale-ups to help them get the most out of their HR tool stack.

My goal is to have HR functions unlock the potential of their tool stack, spend less time on repetitive admin tasks and more time doing what they love - creating great experiences for their employees!
